Will the other billion of Russian credit arrive in Belarus by end of February?

The other part of the Russian credit (1 billion dollars) will be allocated to Belarus after the approval of the plan of top-priority measures by the end of February, 2009. The Russian agency PRIME-TASS informs about it referring to the Russian deputy Minister of Finance Dmitrii Pankin.
According to the official, Russia and Belarus are discussing the plan now. The necessary money will be allocated when it is adopted.

Let us remind you that an agreement on allocation of a 2 billion dollar credit to Belarus was signed in Moscow on November 13. Its first part arrived in Belarus on November 18.
