Radziwinowicz: Election boycott puts Europe in a difficult position
The opposition in Belarus puts Europe into a very difficult position by boycotting the parliamentary elections, Waclaw Radziwinowicz, a political commentator with the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza said in an interview with the European Radio for Belarus.
