Opening of monument to rock star Victor Tsoy in Latvia postponed
It has been 23 years since the frontman of the rock band "Kino" tragically passed away of August 15.
He got into a car accident at the 35th kilometer of the Sloka-Talsi road in Latvia.
According to the website delfi.lt, the restored monument at the place of Victor Tsoy's death was planned to be opened today. However, the event was postponed as no all the works had been completed in due time. A part of the central stella was damaged so the workers had to order a new load of granite.
