First meeting of “Belaya Rus” is put off because of “human element”
"The human element" has become the reason for putting off the first meeting of the republican civil association “Belaya Rus”. It had to take place on May 17 but now it will be organized only at the end of May or at the beginning of June.
According to the deputy head of the association Alyaksandr Shytsko, Minsk City affiliate has not managed to organize a conference in order to elect candidates for the meeting, informs BelaPAN.
380 delegates from different regions are supposed to take part in the meeting. The programme of “Belaya Rus” will have to be approved at the meeting. Let us remind you that the association was created in November 2007. The Minister of Education Alyaksandr Radzkou became its head.
Representatives of “Belaya Rus” do not exclude that one day it may become a political party.
