Court leaves Bashura in prison

The court of Savetski district of Minsk refused to amend the measure of restraint for Mikhas Bashura, on August 19. A correspondent complaint has been filed on his behalf by his lawyer Tamara Sidarenka, informs "Belarusian Partisan". The activist has been detained on August 6 and will stay in prison; however, the lawyer doesn't know where exactly - in a pre-trial detention center in Minsk or in Zhodzina.

We remind that Bashura has been accused in document forgery. Two years ago, being a guarantor of his wife who tried to obtain a credit aid from a bank, he allegedly filed a salary certificate with false information.
