Chinese gains 14 million dollars in lottery

An inhabitant of a north-west Chinese province Gansu has won the biggest lottery prize in the country’s history  - 14 million dollars. “Interfax” informs about it referring to a newspaper “Nanfan Shoudu Zhibao”. The lucky man whose name is not revealed bought 40 lottery-tickets  for 40 yuans (about 5.5 dollars) taking into account the same combinations of double figures on them.
