Three trotyl cartridges are found at dump in Talachyn District
A district police officer found trotyl cartridges weighing about 4.5 kilos near the village of Old Yablanka in Talachyn District.
The trotyl was neutralized by a group of combat engineers. The police are trying to find out how the ammunition dating back to World War II appeared at the village dump.
