Russians Breus and Haponau not to appeal sentence on Dec.19 case

The Russian citizens Artsiom Breus and Ivan Haponau will not appeal the sentence. RIA "Novosti" has informed about this with a reference to Haponau. "I've decided not to appeal the sentence as I want it all to be over as soon as possible", — he has said.

Let us remind you, the Russians were fined by Minsk court for participation in the so-called "mass disturbances" which took place on December 19 last year in the Independence Square in Minsk. Each of them is obliged to pay 17,5 million roubles (about 6 thousand US dollars).

The term for appealing the sentence expires on March 21.
