Young Front activists complain to Smalensk prosecution against police
Their detention after the concert of the "Lyapis Trubetskoy" in Smalensk on March 5 has become the reason for that.
"Young Front" activists Mikhas Muski and Raman Vasilieu went out of the club where the concert was taking place and hoisted the flag of the "Young Front". The policemen detained them brutally with no explanations and took them both to the police department. It turned out later that the policemen had confused the "Young Front" symbols with the fascist ones.
In the police department, they recorded the youngsters' passport data, confiscated the flag and let them go. They did not make a protocol of detention, informs the web-site of the human rights center "Vyasna".
Besides, there were many national flags at the concerts and this fact did not bewilder the police. According to different calculations, about 400 Belarusians arrived to Smalensk to see "Lyapis Trubetskoy".
