Vasil Paliakou to stand trial for refusal to give fingerprints on April 8
A court trial against the head of the UCP regional branch will take place today in the Soviet district court of Homel.
The Soviet district department of internal affairts initiated an administrative case against the head of the UCP regional branch Vasil Paliakou for "disobedience to a legal demand or order given by an official". The UCP activist's refusal to go through the procedure of dactyloscopy became the reason for starting a case.
