Two demonstrations planned in Salihorsk
Representatives of democratic community intend to meet with city dwellers and discuss the question: how to live in terms of the crisis?
Activist Uladzimir Shyla has filed applications for conducting two demonstrations, preliminarily planned on June 11 and 12, to the local city authorities, the “Human Rights Chronicle” informs.
Mr. Shyla managed to meet the district administration in person on May 25. During the conversation, the activist conveyed to the city officials that the population's moods were very tense due to deterioration of the economic situation in the country. In such conditions, according to Uladzimir Shyla, another refusal in conducting a legal action of protest may lead to a non-sanctioned gathering of people in the central square of the city.
