Trials against Square participants to be resumed today
Frunze, Partyzanski and Moscow district courts of Minsk will hear on cases of participants of Dec.19 events on May 10.
The Frunze district court of Minsk will continue hearing on the criminal case of Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu, Aliaksandr Fiaduta, Vital Rymasheuski, Andrej Dzmitryeu, Nasta Palazhanka and Siarhej Vazniak. They are accused of organization and preparation of actions which severely violate public order or active participation thereof.
The Partyzanski district court of Minsk will continue hearing on the mass disturbances criminal case of Andrej Sannikau, Ilya Vasilevich, Aleh Hnedchyk, Fiodar Mirzayanau and Uladzimir Yaromenak. They face up to 15 years of imprisonment. At the previous court session, Sannikau and Mirzayanau pled not guilty, Yaromenak admitted guilt and Hnedchyk admitted guilt partly. Lawyers appealed for an additional interrogation of Iryna Khalip and Zmitser Bandarenka. This appeal will be considered today.
The Moscow district court of Misk will continue hearing on the criminal cases of Dzmitry Daronin, Siarhej Kazakou, Uladzimir Loban, Vital Matsukevich, Yauhen Sakret and Aleh Fedarkevich. They are accused of participation in mass disturbances. Daronin pleds not guilty, all the rest admit guilt partly.
