"Toy Protest Action" to take place in Vilnius today
It will happen since midday till 1 p.m. in the square Vinco Kudirkos.
More than 10 toys are going to take part in the action. The organizers say that the main aim of the action is to show solidarity with the arrested Belarusian toys. Let us remind you, several toy protest actions took place in Belarus for the last two weeks. Activists of the campaign "Tell the Truth!" Pavel Vinahradau and Alyaksandr Artsybashau were sentenced to 10 days of detention for the first of them, which took place on February 10 near the Minsk city executive committee's office. After that, the actions were held not only in Minsk, but in Zaslaue as well. One actions was held in Stockholm.
Organizers of the toy protest action in Vilnius suggest that all those who want to join the action should bring the toys, which are not afraid to participate in a non-sanctioned protest.
