Term for investigation of Yauhen Poludzen's case prolonged till October 8

Let us remind you, a criminal case for excess of professional duties and powers was started against the former Deputy Minister last December. He was fired from his position and from the police.

This February it became known that another criminal case had been started. It was revealed during the investigation that Yauhen Poludzen "received material values and money from the officials of the internal affairs authorities systematically during a long period of time". BelaPAN notes that both cases have been united into one procedure.
