Salauyou and Laptsevich’s trials start in Mahilyou
The BPF member and journalist are accused of disobedience to the police and petty hooliganism.
The leader of Mahilyou regional BPF affiliate “Revival” – Zmitser Salayou – and BelaPAN journalist Uladzimir Laptsevich started simultaneously at 12.15 p.m. in Lenin District Court of Mahilyou. The detained are accused of “disobedience to the police” and “petty hooliganism”. It is also known that Zmitser Salauyou was on hunger strike in the detention centre.
Let us remind you that 10 people were detained in Mahilyou on the Freedom Day (March 25) – two of them were accused of administrative violations and imprisoned in the detention centre were they waited for the trial.
