Russian Ambassador: Lists of Russian personae non gratae created by police
Russian Ambassador Alexander Surikov is worried about the existence of Russians not allowed to enter Belarus.
According to him, Moscow and Minsk have to solve this problem.
Russian human rights activists and journalists have been detained a lot in Belarus recently. Belarus has claimed that some of them are forbidden to enter its territory.
РІА "Новости" informs that the Ambassador has urged to gather and think about the way to avoid this critical situation and find a solution. He has added that the members of the Union State have a right to forbid some citizens of the other state to enter its territory.
According to the Ambassador, heads of Belarusian city and regional police departments are abusing this right nowadays. Surikov has also explained that only the court can make such a decision in Russia.
