Navumava Prize to be awarded today
The ceremony will start in the office of the BPF at 5 p.m.
Svyatlana Navumava's prize was founded after the political scientist's death in 2011.
Euroradio journalist Zmitser Lukashuk is on the short list of the award this year. He has been nominated in the category "Political journalism". His rivals will be Victar Martsinovich and Andrzej Poczobut.
Yury Drakahrust, Alyaksandr Klaskouski and Alyaksei Pikulik have been nominated in the category "Political Analytics".
Three candidates were nominated in the category "Hope: best young politician of the year" – Pavel Vinahradau , Maryna Homich and Tatstsyana Shaputska. However, Shaputska has withdrawn.
