Metro blast victim sends remarks concerning trial to court
Samvel Saakyan, a Minsk metro blast victim, has sent remarks about the court record to the Supreme Court.
The victim finished studying the court record on February 6, informs TUT.BY referring to Saakyan.
His remarks concern the evidence of Uladzislau Kavalyou and two witnesses – Yana Pachytskaya and Dzerzhanovich, director of the real-estate agency “Armira”. According to them, Kanavalau rented a flat in Karol Street. Saakyan notes that the evidence in the court record is incomplete.
Saakyan also notes that victims’ demands for a moral and financial compensation are not mentioned in the court record.
According to the Belarusian legislation, the response to eth remarks should be presented within 10 days.
