Maladechna becomes another flood victim (photo+video)
The city was flooded after a half-an-hour rain on July 12.
It started raining heavily at about 6 p.m. and the whole city center got flooded, informs the web-site "Kraj". The cars swam in the pools, the depth of which was about a meter. The rescuers took the passengers out of the flooded cars. The rain damaged the pavement near the new "Euro-Opt" shopping center and even washed off the tiles.
There was even a heavy hail-shower in some parts of the city.
