Krystsina Shatsikava's funeral to take place today
The opposition activist will be buried at the cemetery in the village of Dubinka, Mahileu district.
Krystsina's father Valery Shatsikau has informed this to the BelaPAN news agency. He explained that the whole family came from this village.
The deceased activist's parents want to take guardianship over their grandchildren - 14-year-old Yahor and 16-year-old Mikita.
Krystsina Shatsikava died of cancer on September 21 in the hospice of Mahileu. She was 38.
