KGB takes interest in Department of Presidential Affairs

At present, the Chief Economic Administration has about 400 real estate objects. The state administration bodies are located in most of them, others are rented.

Among the other buildings, the Administration possesses different civil defense premises. A corruption scandal rose around them, according to the information provided by the internet edition "Ejednevnik". 

According to the journalists' information, some buildings were crossed out of the state balance in 2010. Although this operation should be performed only with the buildings which are in a very poor condition, more than 10 objects in a good state also got to the list. According to the KGB's version, someone purposefully put false information in the corresponding acts. Therefore, the investigators started a criminal case for forgery of the official documents.
