Ivashkevich, Dzemidzenka and Hubskaya to stand trials today
Politician Victar Ivashkevich, Young Front activist Mikola Dzemidzenka and a BCD member Iryna Hubskaya detained on the Freedom Day are in Akrestina now.
Victar Ivashkevich is accused of petty hooliganism. According to reports made by special police troops, Ivashkevich “was waving his hands, swearing loudly and did not obey the police”.
Let us remind you that about 70 people were detained on the Freedom Day.
More than 50 people were detained in Minsk on that day. 17 civil activists and 1 journalist got detained in the provinces of Belarus, informs the human right centre “Vyasna”.
