Homel inhabitants advertise their city in a film (video)
The 11-minutes film was presented in the regional center.
The film is called "Homel - the city we live in". Homel independent journalists Mikola Byanko and Julia Sivets made it. Director Yauhen Shapchyts, who is famous for his video "Hide Your Granny's Passport" which steered up the whole Belarusian Internet community once, helped them.
The film creators had a goal to show that Homel is in no way worse than Minsk or various European cities. The city is shown through the eyes of its inhabitants - musicians, writers, animal protectors, fire artists.
The authors are going to offer the film to one of Homel TV-channels.
