Four frostbitten people taken to hospital on one day in Minsk
15 frostbitten people are in emergency hospital at the moment.
Some of them were found in Minsk streets in a state of intoxication. However, no deep frostbite has been registered, informs BelaPAN.
Three people were taken to hospital in Mahilyou on one day. On the whole, 17 people were taken to hospital in a week, reports BelTA.
