The project Flightradar24 was created in 2007 by the Swedish company Travel Network, informs "Charter'97". It allows you to monitor flights all over the world online and receive information about planes.
You could also monitor flights over Belarus there. However, users of a number of Belarusian isps are having difficulties with accessing the resource now.
The administration of the web resource has commented on the access restriction on Twitter: "The Belarusian authorities have probably blocked the website because of the Swedish "teddy bear landing". The number of Belarusian visitors of the website has dropped by 90%".
