Dollar, euro and Russian rouble go up

The dollar exchange rate has increased by 30 roubles and totals 8600, the euro has increased by Br30 - 11360. The Russian rouble costs Br283.5 (up from 282.5).

The dollar exchange rate decreased by Br10 and the euro - by Br50 on February 22.
