Courts to be busy considering Square participants’ cases this week
They will stand trials for organization of mass disorders and participation in them and for organization and preparation for actions rudely violating the order
or active participation in them.
April 26. Minsk Pershamaiski District Court will consider Zmitser Bandarenka’s criminal case, informs the human rights centre “Vyasna”.
April 27. Minsk October District Court will consider the criminal cases of Uladzimir Hamichenka, Dzmitry Drozd, Ales Kirkevich, Andrei Protasenya and Pavel Vinahradau.
April 27. Minsk Partisan District Court will start considering the cases of Andrei Sannikau, Illya Vasilevich, Aleh Hnedchyk, Fyodar Mirzayanau and Uladzimir Yaromenka.
Iryna Halip, Pavel Sevyarynets, Syarhei Martsaleu, Dzmitry Daronin, Syarhei Kazakou, Uladzimir Loban, Vital Matsukevich, Yauhen Sakret and Aleh Fedarkevich’s cases will be considered at the beginning of May. The trial dates have not been appointed yet.
May 5. Minsk Frunze District Court will consider the cases of Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu, Vital Rymasheuski, Andrei Dzmitryyeu, Alyaksandr Fyaduta, Nasta Palazhanka and Syarhei Vaznyak.
The dates of Mikalai Statkevich, Dzmitry Us, Andrei Paznyak, Alyaksandr Klaskouski, Alyaksandr Kvyatkevich, Artsyom Hrybkou and Dzmitry Bulanau’s trials have not been appointed yet.
