Court trial on Diana Koushyk's case to take place on March 11
She was arrested on December 19 for participation in the action at the Independence Square, and got 10 days of detention.
Diana is a student of Minsk state trade college. Diana filed a claim against the arrest resolution on the 3rd day of detention, but received no reply.
According to Diana, they only suggested her a state lawyer. "Alongside with that, the judge paid no attention to the lawyer, to my admission of guilt, to the request for a fine. They did not let me call my family anywhere", - Diana Koushyk has said.
Diana filed an appeal to the Pershamaiski district court of Minsk asking to renew the term within which she can claim the court decision. The appeal was accepted for consideration by the Minsk city court.
