Case of Russians transferred to public prosecutor's office
A criminal case of two Russian citizens - Artsiom Breus and Ivan Haponau - has been transferred to the General public prosecutor's office for analysis.
The advisor of the Russian Embassy in Belarus Vadzim Huseu has informed this to BelaPAN with a reference to the investigation authorities.
According to the Belarusian legislation, the General public prosecutor's office should either transfer the case to the court, terminate the case or send it for further investigation, Huseu has clarified.
Let us remind you, the Russians' lawyers have an intention to file a claim on termination of the criminal case against their clients on February 8, as, according to Vadzim Huseu, "the proofs of their participation in the mass disturbances, provided by the Belarusian investigation authorities, do not look serious".
