Air Defense Commander: "Teddy bears landing" is a provocation

have not recorded the fact of violation of Belarusian air border by a light-motor plane on July 4. Pakhmelkin says that it was "a 100% provocation against Belarus held with support of foreign special services". 

The General has underlined that in case of revelation of a civil plane above the Belarusian territory the air forces and air defense would have taken all the measures to detain it. According to him, it would have been done by planes or helicopters. Pakhmelkin has noted that, according to the legislation, it is forbidden to apply lethal force if a civil plane violates the air borders of the Republic of Belarus.

Let us remind you, the teddy bears were landed over Minsk and Ivyanets on July 4. The action was conducted by Swedish pilots who flew from Lithuania. The Belarusian authorities officially deny that the information about this action is true.
