7 Square participants to stand trial on same day

Criminal cases of the accused of mass disturbances - the ex-presidential candidates Dzmitry Us and Mikalaj Statkevich, participants of the protest action in the Independence square on December 19 Andrej Pazniak, Aliaksandr Klaskouski, Aliaksandr Kviatkevich, Artsiom Hrybko and Zmitser Bulanau - will be considered by the Lenin district court of Minsk in the nearest future.
The exact date has not been appointed yet, however, it is known that the judge Liudmila Hrachova will preside the trial.
Let us remind you, Minsk public prosecutor's office transferred the criminal cases of Siarhej Martsaleu, Paval Sieviarynets and Iryna Khalip to Minsk city court in order to define territorial jurisdiction several days ago, the human rights center "Viasna" informs.
