245 inhabited localities left without electricity
The damage was caused by gale-strength wind. Fortunately, no people were injured.
Vitsebsk and Minsk provinces were damaged most. Emergency work continued the whole night and 57 inhabited localities were still deprived of electricity in the morning, informs BelTA.
