Minsk waits for positive signals from United States

The Belarusian foreign ministry expects positive signals from the United States regarding the country's bid to enter the World Trade Organization (WTO), Interfax Zapad quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Yaudachenka as saying.

The European Union has already given the green light for bilateral and multilateral negotiations. The United States is expected to follow suit "in the context of new relations," the diplomat explained.
