Meeting dedicated to missing cameraman Dzmitry Zavadzki to be held in Minsk today
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the BPF office (Minsk, Charnysheuski Street, 3).
Partaking in the event are Dzmitry's wife Svyatlana, mother Volha, friends and colleagues, and famous journalists and human rights defenders (Iryna Khalip, Aleh Vouchak and others).
The famous TV operator was kidnapped on July 7, 2000. His kidnapping was officially declared solved, 4 officers of the special police detachment "Almaz" were sentenced for the crime. However, none of them admitted guilt. Zavadzki's body was never found.
