Lord Timothy Bells plans to meet Alexander Lukashenka
British public-relations guru Timothy Bell is again expected to arrive in Minsk for a meeting with the Belarusian leader. He has received no response from Alexander Lukashenka. Over two weeks ago, Lord Bell sent his plans to change the external image of Belarus to the Belarusian head of state. The European Radio for Belarus reported earlier that the document had got lost on the Belarusian corridors of power.
In an interview with the European Radio for Belarus, Lord Bell said that he had planned to meet the Belarusian president because he received no answer from Minsk:
“We have not signed a contract yet, because we have not discussed the plan with your government. I have not yet received an answer from your president. Therefore, I plan to meet Lukashenka within the next several weeks. We will discuss the plan. Eventually, we will either sign or not sign the contract".
