Jauhen Sakret - new accused in "mass disturbances" case
Jauhen served administrative detention after December 19, then he was transferred to Valadarski street detention center and had no steady lawyer until now.
Human rights defenders found out that here was a new subject in the criminal case from his relatives, who did not want to make the criminal harassment against Jauhen Sakret public at first, but then addressed for help. According to the representative of the human rights center "Viasna" Nasta Lojka, the accused has already met with the lawyer. It is likely that he will start studying the case materials soon.
Nasta Lojka has informed that no investigation actions are conducted with Jauhen Sakret, he is now waiting for his accusation to be transferred to court, which is likely to happen in April, Radio Racyja informs.
