Hantsavichy inhabitants insulted court 24 times this year

The record-holder has insulted the court thrice and has been arrested thrice for it. Another man served a sentence for contempt of court and resistance to the police twice. A woman was punished for showing up in court in a state of intoxication. Contempt of court leads to a fine of 50 base amounts, but those who insult the court do not have the money so they are usually arrested for one day.
