Five countries delay Russia sanctions
Italy, Germany, Austria, Cyprus and Finland are delaying the economic sanctions that are about to be imposed on Russia.
“These states are doing everything to delay the process,” UNIAN reports referring to a source in the Council of the EU. The pack of sanctions approved on Monday has to be approved by the EU member states in writing now. The sanctions were expected to be published on Tuesday.
