Belarus on OSCE's internet censorship black list
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has accused the governments in 20 countries of introducing censorship on Internet.
The black list includes among others Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Iran and Sudan. The OSCE noted in the 212-pages report that the governments used censorship in the internet in order to prevent the dissemination of the dissent views and to suppress the political opposition.
