Authorities eager to fix 'core of historical truth' in Belarusians

They want to strengthen "the core of historical truth and memory" in Belarusians "at the genetic level". Such plans have been unveiled by prosecutor-general Andrei Shved. He says that the work on this issue should begin in kindergarten, then continue at school and university, as otherwise "all sorts of troubles and misfortunes" await Belarus.
According to Shved, the "theme of genocide during the Great Patriotic War" leads him to a serious philosophical understanding of life.
