Rescuers in National Library (video)
The annual championship in raising onto a multistorey building "using the equipment for protection of breathing system" took place there.
According to the press-office of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, 30 teams participated in the championship. The situation was as close to reality as possible. The rescuers raised to the 24th floor by the stairs wearing the special 12-kilos gas masks. Each team reached the finish line in approximately 2 minutes.
