According to the information provided by the Brest regional police's press-center, the incident happened in Ivatsevichy probably in January.
A woman found a blue bag with 13 thousand dollars and 25 million roubles which belonged to some citizen M., at the local market. The police are trying to identify her personality. It is seen in the video how she rides her bike away.
