Ukraine ready to help to facilitate contacts between Belarus and CE
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Konstantyn Hryschenko has claimed this in Strasbourg.
"Ukraine is ready to provide its services, to ease contacts with the Belarusian authorities, and we stress on such concept as quiet diplomacy", - the Minister has said, UNIAN reports.
Hryschenko has noted that both both the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly consider it important to facilitate rapprochement between the organization and Belarus on the basis of fulfillment of common European values. At the same time, Hryschenko says that the first criterion is, - "release of people who were sent to prison after the presidential election 2010".
