Snowfall in Minsk causes splash of accidents (photo)
One of the most tense areas is the 8th-9th kilometer of the Independence Avenue.
The state auto inspection says that about a dozen accidents happened here. According to preliminary information, no one suffered, reports onliner.by.
Eye-witnesses say that about 12-14 automobiles got into an accident near the access track to the military settlement, some of the cars lost traction and got to the pedestrian walk.
