Rock party ends with mass fight in Orsha
About 60 people took part in it.
According to the website orsha.eu, the incident occurred during the so-called "Metaltheque" in Orsha City House of Culture on August 18. "Metaltheque" has been replacing rock concerts for local amateurs of heavy metal for a few years already as rock concerts have not been organized in Orsha for a long time.
Young short-haired men started gathering near the City House of Culture during the event. Five of them started beating a heavy metal fan right in the lobby. Other participants of "Metaltheque" joined to defend him. Witnesses claim that the short-haired young men did not mercy anyone, even girls.
The fight stopped only when somebody shouted out that the police were coming. In fact, the police arrived when the participants of the fight had already left. According to the police, they had not been informed about the planned "Metaltheque" in advance so there were no policemen nearby. The policemen accepted a few complaints about assault and battery.
