Monument to blast victims opened in Minsk
About 300 people came to the action, informed Euroradio reporter Vital Ruhain.
The monument created by sculptor Kanstantsin Selihanau was opened by head of Minsk City Executive Committee Mikalai Ladutska.
Participants of the action commemorated terrorist act victims with a minute’s silence.
