Metro blast trial resumed
Arguments of parties are expected to take place in court today, on November 14.
The previous court hearings took place on November 3. The judge announced that the court investigation of the Kanavalau-Kavalyou case had been completed. Let us remind you, Dzmitry Kanavalau and Uladzislau Kavalyou are accused of a series of severe crimes, including the blast in Minsk metro on April 11, 2011.
One of the metro blast casualties, lawyer Samvel Saakyan asked the court to consider him a civil plaintiff in this case. He estimated his moral damage as Br 500 million. However, the court declined this appeal.
