A well-known blogger Andrei Kabanau took this picture and posted it on Facebook.
He claims that the picture was taken in a food store in Minsk in Drazdy district at 12.00 on February 28. The Minskers are queuing for pork, which costs 25 thousand Belarusian roubles for a kilogram.
