Japan to build “arks” to protect population
Special rescue ships will be built in coastal areas in case of a tsunami.
Having received a warning, people will be able to find shelter for a few days. ITAR-TASS informs that “an ark” is meant for 20-50 people. Food and other necessary things will be prepared for them.
