Higher education fees to increase by 29% on February 1
The last increase occurred in autumn.
The Ministry of Education has recommended that educational institutions should increase the cost of higher education by up to 29%.
Students have already paid the old fee for January and the recalculation will only be applied starting from today, informs BelTA.
